Thank you for visiting and shopping at TBZM Pte. Ltd. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policies.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 1 - SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If we are experiencing high order volumes, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

SECTION 2 - LOCAL STANDARD SHIPPING

Local standard shipping refers to postage-paid letterbox delivery via Singpost. Delivery takes about 3-4 business days.

SECTION 3 - LOCAL TRACKED SHIPPING

Local tracked shipping refers to to-door delivery via Ninjavan. Delivery takes about 1-3 business days.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SECTION 5 - RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All items sold are on no return and no refund terms.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 7 - INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED SHIPPING

International registered shipping refers to postage-paid letterbox or to-door delivery (pending on recipient country), via SingPost. Recipient to check status of postage via tracking code provided by TBZM Pte. Ltd. Orders may occassionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of TBZM Pte. Ltd.'s control.

SECTION 8 - DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING

DHL Express shipping refers to delivery via DHL INTERNATIONAL. Recipient will be notified of shipping status by DHL. Orders may occassionally be subject to longer transit time caused by Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of TBZM Pte. Ltd.'s control.

SECTION 9 - SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SECTION 10 - IMPORT TAXES OR CUSTOMS DUTIES PAYABLE

Orders may be subject to local import taxes or customs duties. Please check your recipient country's tax free limit. Any charges liable are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.

SECTION 11 - CUSTOMS INFORMATION

TBZM Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any orders held or confiscated by customs.
